I was barely able to make it through this episode…it just really held no interest for me. Even with Ikuto there, it didn’t make up for how much it sucked. 
I’m not happy with Satelight at the moment, and I bet it’ll get worse from here on out.
However, Ikuto is still just as wonderful. (Even if the animation quality has gone down) I’ll always be happy to see him, especially among crappy filler plot. I’m gonna be skipping the summary on this episode, as I didn’t pay enough attention to know what was going on. I’ll just be doing my thoughts. Hopefully by the next episode, I’ll be less annoyed and get back to writing up summaries. (Which are going to be considerably short) So it’s just my thoughts on this episode.

I really really didn’t not enjoy this episode. I can’t decide if it was exactly what I expected or worse. The drop in animation quality, plus the changes made to the music annoyed the hell out of me. And then of course, there was Lulu. Gah!
This is why I love Yaya. She’s random and amusing. She was also one of the few highlights to this episode, because she manges to make me laugh. XD
Ah, Rima! Still as cute as ever! XD I’m jumping on the NadehikoXRima bandwagon, because I think they go really good together. What made me realize this is how cute they were next to eachother in the ending song! Plus quite a few other things, especially in the manga. I’m even more excited for Nedehiko to come back now!
Oh wow. I don’t even no where to begin on Lulu. Should I start with how much she pisses me off? Or why I hate her? Seriously, I didn’t think she would be as bad as she was. Lousy Utau wannabe. The fact that she’s completely unoriginal on top of the fact that she’s interfering with my Amuto made me want to hit her right in the face. She had to be blonde didn’t she? I don’t know why that annoys me…probably because all of the tsun-tsun girls in Shugo Chara! other than Amu (Who is cool and spicy, totally tops tsundere) have be blonde. They couldn’t change her hair color? To much work I suppose, Satelight likes to stick with what they already have. Gah, she pisses me off!
Ok, so not only is she made from scraps left from other characters, but apparently she’s important enough in the anime original world to be taken directly to the head of Easter. Wtf?! Didn’t Ikuto just recently get to meet Gozen? Why does anime original blonde trash get to see him directly? Because she’s got some special power? We all no she’s gonna end up just like everyone else! Gah!
And where does the special power come from? A piece of jewelry. WTF?! Not only is that ridiculous, but it really doesn’t even fit with the Shugo Chara! mahou shoujo theme. And if some random chick walked up to me and said…”This is a magic necklace that will grant your wishes!” I’d point her to the nearest loony bin.
Pretty flowers!…Uh…moving on…
Seriously? SERIOUSLY?! Satelight, you’ve hit an all time low. She can’t even have an original personality…completely stereotypical bad guy who just happens to be ripping off Utau’s greatness! She doesn’t get to be stubborn or tsun-tsun cute! GAH! Not only is she acting like Utau, but she’s stolen Rima’s quirks as well! SATELIGHT! I DEMAND YOU HIRE MORE CREATIVE EMPLOYEES!!!
I don’t know why, but Yoru seems to have gotten even cuter. He is my favorite Chara, so maybe i’m just being biased. But…that’s just too cute! He was uber cute through out the entire episode!
No…frickin…way. This is beyond ridiculous. The new egg is more original that the new character? Wtf?! It has a question mark, grew to three times it’s size and ATE her! Satelight can create all this, but can’t come up with good character traits without reading them from a manga? How have they stayed afloat this long?! I’m surprised they’re still even around. They screw up every anime they make!
Miki, Ran and Suu were exceptionally cute in this episode too. This part made me giggle, despite me being uber pissed. “It’s not going to!”…”IT DID! IT ATE HER!” Roflmao
This may be the biggest problem I have with the anime now. I feel like I’m watching a crappy remake of Sailor Moon, and that pisses me off. Sailor Moon was a major feat to all mahou shoujo, and I liked the original immensely…I don’t need to rewatch the entire thing again with better animation. This doesn’t even feel like Shugo Chara anymore…
This is one of the few things that didn’t piss me off. I actually enjoyed the new transformation sequence…I dunno if it’s cause it’s refreshing and well done…or just because I like purple. Either way, it didn’t annoy me.
“AMU!”…”AMU!”…MWAHAHAHA! Yes Ikuto! Continue worrying over her! XD This was one of the best moments in the episode. Sadly, they didn’t throw in the Ikuto saving Amu scene that usually comes with the worried “AMU!”. But I was content enough. I mean, they put him in the episode at least.
Why did the music make me feel like I was playing a video game here? Why would they have the need to mess with the Shugo Chara soundtrack?! I loved it the way it was before. And if my anime is give me Final Fantasy flashbacks, there are gonna be some problems.
SERIOUSLY?! ARE THEY FRICKIN’ SERIOUS!??!?! This was just the last straw. I can’t possibly detest Satelight more than this. The new “Open Heart” sequence was ridiculously over done and stupid. The first one was perfectly fine! Why the hell did they change it? Usually in mahou shoujo they only get new sequences when they get new items! Satelight had better make up for this crap!
Lulu’s Chara..is just so…I can’t even describe how bad she is. Her design sucks, her voice sucks and she’s just got a horrible personality…even for a would-be self. God.
Ah, Yaya. Her sole purpose is to ammuse me. At least she gave me a smile, cause that prevented me from exploding due to the suckiness that polluted this episode.
With this scene I knew I was going to have to put up with at least 10 more episodes with Lulu in them. They always give split screens when there is going to be a lasting arc. I think this anime plot is worse than the normal fillers.

Dare I hope next week will be better? Nah, I won’t risk it. However, next week we do get a delightful visit from Iru, Eru and Utau!
So…fake tsun-tsun Lulu Vs. real tsundere Utau! Who do you expect to win? I would bet that Utau isn’t gonna put up with Lulu’s poser crap.

I already started to wave goodbye to Shugo Chara after episode 44 or somewhere, the one with Kairi leaving. I thought I’d have renewed interest when I saw the (male) Nagihiko in the Doki OP sequence, but heck did they need to introduce an anime-original annoying girl? I don’t care if she’s still sanctioned by Peach-Pit, her character sucks!
Even the pre-Doki fillers were quite okay, it still stuck to the Shugo Chara plot system. Now they introduce ?Eggs and everything goes haywire! AAARGH!
UTAU FTW!!! And Eru and Iru can show Nana how to be real would-be selves! I mean, god I don’t even know what Lulu wants to be when I look at Nana. All the other charas are pretty obvious. Cheerleader, Artist, Cook, Idol, Angel, Devil, Cat, King, Baby, athlete, clown, etc, etc. Wtf is Nana supposed to be? Because right now I just think Lulu wishes she could be a trap. Of course, that would make her more popular so it’s not that weird of a wish. But I’d hate her more for it because that would be ripping off Rima, Utau, AND Nadehiko.
Anyway I’m looking forward to the next episode just because I get to compare Utau and Lulu. Which makes me happy~! Lulu’s going to suck even more in comparison. Haha, I’m doing and Utau vs. Lulu poll next week. I wonder who’s going to win…

Cuz I’m not fond of her or anything but I like her. For one thing, her hair really amuses me though I agree, why did she have to be blonde? I certainly don’t have anything against blondes (Rima & Utau~! x3) but we had too much in this one series for me to stand. I wanted a redhead! Redheads are cool… 8D
But back to her hair…doesn’t it resemble something like an octopus (I’m so going to regret saying this cuz everybody’s gonna make fun of her for it now
At least her seiyuu is pretty cool. Akemi Kanda…nice change from the shy-girl voice. ^^
& I really like the idea of her pairing up with Tadase for some reason (maybe it’s just because when she came in, the male and female side just became even, lol). Hmm…it might not happen, especially since there’s all this AmuxIkutoxLulu triangle hope flying around (heck, AmuxLulu is getting pretty popular, too, no joke) but I can dream~…
Nana is just…meh. Both hers and Lulu’s name don’t suit them at all.

Anyways, I’m glad he didn’t jump in to save Amu, even though it would’ve been proper for him to do so (I blame Satelight again for being so inconsistent with these things *sigh*). If he did, then Amu would’ve just brought the series a step closer to being Sailor Moon ripoff. The whole Tuxedo Mask thing, eck. Hate that.
& I prefer him saving her by catching/hugging her to him. hehe x33
Yep, so…Utau in 3 days (not counting today)! So excited. They screwed up her face again but w/e. I want to see Utau kick ass with Amu. RAWR!
